On our Key West trip, 5/13-17/2019, Nicole was our round trip driver. She gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and events during our trip. On our return trip to the airport, we also had Nicole as our drive and discussed our trip with her. When my travel companion realized she left her backpack in Nicole's car, we called her and she returned the backpack to the airport very quickly. That is fantastic customer service!
